Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resolve platform ("Service") operated by Waypoint Ventures Co LLC. By accessing or using Resolve, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Resolve is a personal credit management and dispute tracking platform. It allows you to track credit disputes, generate FCRA-compliant dispute letters using AI, store documents, monitor dispute progress, and access AI-powered credit coaching. Resolve is an informational and organizational tool. We are not a credit repair organization, law firm, or financial institution. We do not contact creditors or credit bureaus on your behalf.

2. Important Disclaimers

NOT LEGAL ADVICE. The Service does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. All content is for educational and organizational purposes only.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS. We make no guarantees that using Resolve will improve your credit score or result in successful disputes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

NOT A CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATION. Resolve provides tools for you to manage your own disputes. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com and with the CFPB at consumerfinance.gov.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident. By using Resolve, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Account Security

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain your password's confidentiality, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for fraud or illegal activity, submit fabricated credit information, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated letters and responses may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting any generated documents. We are not liable for outcomes from AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Waypoint Ventures Co LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal non-commercial use. You retain rights to your personal data and uploaded documents.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYPOINT VENTURES CO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waypoint Ventures Co LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. Sections 7–10 and 13–14 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

13. Dispute Resolution

Contact us at michael.hunte@hotmail.com before filing any legal claim. You waive the right to a jury trial and to class action participation.

14. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
